International Association of Labour History Institutions (IALHI)

The Library's cooperation with the International Association of Labour History Institutions (IALHI) dates back to the early 1970s. In 1970, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Library was one of the founding members of this cooperation, the goal of which is to promote research within the area of the "History and Policies of the Labour and Trade Union Movements" by improving infrastructures and the coordination of projects. A few examples of this cooperation should be mentioned here:

• the full text service Programmatic Documents of the Socialist International and the European Trade Union Federation
• the Serial Service in the main focus area, and
• the Socialist Internationals - a Bibliography database / online bibliography
