The International was founded in September 1927. Apparently the first number of the "Nachrichtenblatt" was the only one published. Nothing has been found on its history and neither has archival material except for some fragments in the LSI and Labour Party archives.
During the first few years, headquarters were in Vienna, later in the Netherlands. For some time the periodical of the "Arbeiter-Radio-Bund Deutschlands" was also the "Publikationsorgan" of the International; it is possible that other national publications included material of/by the International.
